Cat Williams was born to be a creative. Raised in Toronto, Canada, Cat spent her early years attending an all-girls private school where she channelled her passions into acting, directing and writing plays, earning her the first-ever Creative Contribution award in a graduating class.

With an interest in film and television, Cat went on to pursue an Honours Specialization in Media, Information and Technoculture at Western University. During her fourth year, she co-produced an online entertainment news publication to bridge the gap between traditional entertainment television and digital media, which provided her with the opportunity to interview some of the biggest names in Canadian entertainment and cover major local events, including Toronto Fashion Week and WE Day Toronto. 

Shortly after graduating, Cat began working with Entertainment Tonight Canada as a Digital Producer, Fashion Expert and Social Lead, where she spent her time curating breaking entertainment news stories, hosting a weekly fashion segment and producing video segments with notable celebrities. Over a span of nearly eight years, Cat covered major red carpets and awards shows, including the Academy Awards, Grammy Awards, Screen Actors Guild Awards, Emmy Awards, Met Gala, New York Fashion Week, Toronto International Film Festival and more.

When she's not writing or producing, Cat is crafting her personal style as a luxury fashion and lifestyle content creator, being hailed as one of Toronto Life's Most Stylish Torontonians and Best-Dressed Women. Pulling her style inspiration from around the globe, Cat has worked with a long list of prominent fashion and lifestyle brands, including Michael Kors, REVOLVE, MANGO, Canada Goose, UGG Canada, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Walt Disney World Resort, Ciroc Vodka and Stella Artois.
